Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds
When you join m-nus, you get instant access to the full platform, advisory tools, brand brain, moodboard system, and all features included in your plan. Because everything is available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.
This isn't a casual purchase — it's a system for serious ecommerce businesses who are ready to use it.
If that's you, you'll feel right at home here.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app. When you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends
- Your workspace data (brand brain, moodboards, form responses) is retained for 30 days after your plan expires, in case you choose to resubscribe
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
There are no cancellation fees.

Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension while the dispute is being resolved.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
